Micromanage printings in the cart optimizer
The cart optimizer now has global and per-card exclusions for printings.
At the individual card level, you can exclude any particular printings you wish.
At the global level, you can exclude Universes Beyond printings overall, and by default the cart optimizer excludes pre-order printings overall (but you can toggle that).
Exclude a printing for one card
If you want to avoid some particular printings for cards, the cart optimizer now uses a familiar interface to choose them (similar to what you use to modify printings in the cart on Mana Pool).
Set cart-wide exclusions
From the Cart Optimizer, you can also open Exclude Sets to skip Universes Beyond cards and pre-order sets (the pre-order filter is on by default). These filters apply only to reprints, so they will work how you expect.
