Elrond, Moon-Reader features as the main commander for this list, leveraging the activated abilites of the many mana-focused creatures to draw cards while progressing your mana pool. Use cards like Jodah's Avenger or Mothdust Changeling to ensure Elrond triggers on your opponent's turns to dig deep into the deck, then drop high mana cards like Agent of Treachery or Scourge of Fleets alongside Elrond's secondary ability to dominate the game. A package of moonfolk have been included as well to provide a small lands-matters subtheme to give the deck some spice. Use cards like Wonderscape Sage or Ghost Town to ensure you're always triggering landfall on cards like Roil Elemental or Retreat to Coralhelm. Gandalf, Shadow's Foe features as an optional substitute commander for this deck in typical precon fashion, with cards included to focus on more of a blink strategy to go there and back again.
