The Master of Lake-Town can be used as a draw engine by sacrificing him, leaving him in the graveyard, then reanimating him to cheat commander tax. It's mono-black blink, with many extra steps.
This deck wants to fill graveyards as fast as possible, attack with creatures early, then reanimate the bigger creatures (which were hopefully milled).
The deck includes a few sources of life gain to keep ahead of the cost to reanimate and to draw cards.
