A creature heavy deck that is thematic as far as possible, as well as under $150 (at time of making). Using lots of cards from the Hobbit and LOTR. Has plenty of free casts (2 generic mana), card draw, deathtouch and some untapping of lands to take advantage of using Radagast's ability as many turns as possible. And then ramping into some big fun LOTR-style universe-believable creatures
