The deck focuses on leveraging gandalf's triggered ability to close out games using big sorcery effects at instant speed during combat, unlocking the use of powerful sorceries, that are usually slower and locked in the main phases, as the ultimate combat tricks. To achieve this there's a big supply of legendary wizards, and a sub-theme of creature token generators to maximize the player's boardstate while looking for big finishers using small cantrips, helping defend the valuable wizards that enable gandalf.
The strategy is to set up a boardstate with at least 2 legendary wizards (to cast 6 mana sorceries), or 3-4 for the bigger sorceries (8 to 10 mana), and then play gandalf to deploy a big sorcery at instant speed during combat.
Its a really fun deck to learn to play spellslinger-go-wide strategies, and its pretty straighforward with what it wants to do: draw cards, create tokens and go out with a blast. Hope you enjoy it!
