Work on Marketplace Support at Mana Pool
Mana Pool is looking for a full-time, US-based, remote employee to work on Marketplace Support.
Help customers to solve problems, and work with the dev team to make Mana Pool easy and
delightful for both buyers and sellers.
Requirements/Skills
For this position, you should be friendly, fast-moving, strong at writing and problem-solving,
and love Magic.
- Deep experience with Magic: The Gathering - playing, buying and selling experience welcome
- Strong and empathic writing skills
- Ability to remember lots of details and work with complex software
- Intuition for what improvements will make Mana Pool better for customers (both buyers and
sellers)
Responsibilities
- Correspond with buyers and sellers about issues with the site and their orders
- Use Mana Pool’s system to create replacement orders, and issue refunds and credits to
customers
- Help prioritize development work we need to make the experience better for buyers and sellers
- Help with marketing, hiring, software testing, trend analysis (spreadsheets/SQL), and other
duties that may come up
Compensation
- Salary - $45,000/year
- Stock/equity: substantial early stage equity available
