Mono-white reanimator where the commander has built in evasion. Self-sac artifacts for card draw and creatures for protection/removal. Bounce lands and catch-up ramp to get out the big three - Hammer, Akroma, and Colossus (if you don't get them out the graveyard somehow). The utility land base can also generate counters and more draw. Cute little tutor package to get you used to shuffling-Oswald feels really good. Cutting out the 10 most expensive cards (lookin at you Queen of Dale) can get the price well below 100USD. On the other hand, easily upgraded with things like Altar of dementia, Grinding Station, Extraplanar lens, even Bilbo's ring. Win-cons are commander/combat damage and removing your opponents permanents until they submit.
