Haldan, Avid Arcanist & Pako, Arcane Retriever

I've been working on this new kind of mtg format. Deck is 60-120 cards, up to 4 copies of one card, 25 life. You have two cards outside the game: Your shrine and your cultist. Your shrine can be any noncreature enchantment/artifact, and your cultist can be any nonlegendary creature within your shrines color identity. Your deck must be within your shrine's color identity as well. You can't have any additional copies of your shrine or cultist in your deck. Your shrine/cultist can't cost 0 mana. You can cast your shrine as you would your commander, with each time it goes back outside the game costing you 2 more to cast the next time. However, your cultist works a bit differently. Instead of casting your cultist, you instead pay its mana cost to create a copy of it, and you put that onto the battlefield instead. The cost to do this increases by 1 for each time you've created a copy of your cultist this turn. -Clarifications- Q: Can a spacecraft be my shrine? A: Yes, a spacecraft can be your shrine, as it isn't a creature until it's stationed. Q: Can a spacecraft be my cultist? A: No, for the same reason it can be your shrine. Q: Can I include Devoid cards if my shrine is colorless? A: No, as it's color identity doesn't match your shrine. Q: Can my cultist be mono white if my shrine is boros? A: Yes. Q: How does doubling season and similiar effects affect the copy creations of my cultist. A: Token multipliers don't affect your cultist's creation, as the copy only becomes a token after it's created.
